Lionel Boy is officially at Standard 2 and we wanna keep that memory, now don't we? =p
see!! it's fun being at home! no, seriously..i for the first time appreciate my home being peaceful...well,since,it's,rare.I'm known as my brother's tuition teacher cos i provide tuition every single day and get paid like..RM350 per month(my allowance lah goddamnit) no difference also..well time in the afternoon passes like quiksand. Little did we know..we were already getting ready for.....
AH MA'S(mother's mother) 80TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!! =)
We're usually closer to my mum's side. To what I think, the closer relatives are, the higher the hiprocracy but yea not ALL but most.I've seen and heard how each of them (the adults) have at least something to say about each other. Pity the kids. We're close as in we attend occasions together but trust me, we have no idea what is going on with other's lives. hmmm. like that. Aint a family person myself, naturally.
>>Hunger, heavy downpour, horrible traffic get Cherry and Lionel cranky.
>>Come come stay positive! with Che che 2
>>Also with Che che 1 (eh really u know, we're literally called like that)
>>the 3 siblings!! heh. tak jadi..aged 20,8,25. weird gaps.
I kinda freaked out that I actually don't know how to say 'Happy Birthday' in Hokkien and was too egoistic to ask any of them. -_-" I tried eavesdropping. Couldn't catch. Damnit. I actually said Happy birthday Ah Ma. doubt she understood that. She speaks ONLY hokkien. Unlike another Ah Ma of mine(father's mother) who speaks Hokkien, Cantonese, Mandarin, freaking power Malay and even Tamil!! Aiyo..miss that Ah Ma.
>>Here we are!! at Unique Fisherman Restaurant,Cheras.
>>Meet spider crab.freaking huge.
>>Cherry take one!
>>Take two! (still talking, actually)
>>In tha private room! Uncle Tommy, Mum, Ah Ma, Aunt Jenny.
>>Aunt Margaret joins!
We were still waiting for another family. We umm didn't really have anything to do.
>>Cousin Alan went out for a smoke.
>>Cherry druggie!
>>Are we ready to eat or what?-no! I really think genting klang too, has a branch.
>>Here comes something that looks so decent to me but not to the elderly peeps. They insisted it represents a breast. If put two together? Breasts. -_-" and the green leaf being a tongue on the way licking the nipple or something like that. Yes, they said all that at a dinner. In public. All in Hokkien.
>>Mum posing with the pau that costs RM60. nuts.
>>Ah Ma with Aunt Jenny. Holding another RM60. That makes RM 120. tsk tsk.
>>This highly-designed pau was made into a joke that night. I have no idea..
>>We started at 9pm instead.
>>Lotus paste in it.
>>Aaaaawww the younger generation.Uncle Tommy's children and Lionel.
We went home for some cakes, wine and fruits.
>>Just for you Grandma Teoh Cheng Kim!
>>What does it say?
>>Pose for me, Ah Ma! =D
>>Ah Ma and her grandchildren (incomplete set). See? I don't bull when I keep telling you all that I'm the darkest in my family.fucking black sheep.
>>Ah Ma and her 4 children (out of 7 that she has) and in-laws (incomplete set).
>>Light it up, Cousin Vincent!
>>So do you think we actually have a Happy Birthday song in Hokkien? go figure..
>>Woooooot! I think she's happy?
>>Nicole didn't like the flash light.
